An Old Homebrew Transmitter

I acquired this old 20 metre band transmitter in the late nineties. A ham friend of the owner/builder, Bill VK2XT, offered it to me. It was part of a homebrew collection of the late Jim Cowan, VK2ZC who was once a broadcast radio station engineer in Newcastle, New South Wales. I have no idea when it was built but maybe in the 1950's? Also in the rack was a homebrewed audio signal generator. Each deck serves a separate function. ie. power supply, modulator, exciter, PA & ATU.  VK2ZC was located close to the coast on a hilltop hence the corrosion evident on the top of the chassis.

I have no intention of ever powering it up but I did not want to see it end up in a scrap yard.
